

Eventually, I’m calling multiple times a day to get through and trying to get my test scheduled. In a week, I still hadn’t heard back, so I reach out. Someone took my information and said it would be a week until they can get the approval for me to take the test again. I started calling everyday, faced with the hours long wait times. I tried calling and emailing multiple PSI phone numbers, only to not be answered as well as get emails that their inbox is full.

When I got to the testing center, it was closed. I called PSI to schedule my exam, facing extreme call wait times (multiple hours). I was unable to do that online, as it said I was “ineligible” and that I hadn’t been approved to take the exam. Last December, I needed to schedule an exam for my New Mexico esthetician license. Never in my life have I experienced such atrocious technical and customer support. I seriously wish I could rate this company negative stars. That was almost two months ago, and come to find out I could have rescheduled and they never told me. I had to call them 4 times to get my exam rescheduled and each time they said the parent company had to provide their blessing and they would email me once that decision had been made. The second time, my external camera (which I needed to show the whole room I was testing in because apparently I'm testing to be a freaking secret agent) would not focus for some reason so I needed to restart the browser with my computer camera which then meant I couldn't navigate around the room to show them everything and my whole session started over numerous times. The first time I tried taking my exam, the browser wouldn't work.

I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who has had this experience with them, but holy cow is this an awful company to work with.
